U0702.SQUATFLASK.M    Freeblown blackglass (dark olive green) English or Scottish squat chestnut shaped pocket flask c1780. Shallow kickup with broken recessed blowpipe pontil. Sagged base, leaning body, sagged sides, wide chestnut shaped body into short wide neck into flared snapped and rounded lip. Some large bubbles and tears and full surface gloss, fine wear scratches polished out. Nicely crude "Nailsea" or Alloa style form and production.
