U1001SW.HOFFMANRASP.M   Attractive early dark brown twotone saltglazed stoneware preserves jar impressed to shoulder "I C Hoffmann/Rassberry Jam" in large serif caps well struck. Great rustic early colouring, flat base with trimmed edge, straight undulating sides,, light kiln markings but nice crudity generally, flat sloping shoulders into wide stubby neck topped with bold round lip. glaze wear to top of lip in usage.
